Our farm buildings feature a unique screw pile and base tube system, which allows for immediate erecting of the building without the need for costly concrete grade beam (up to 90% less expensive). This ground-breaking system only requires the piles and base tube to be installed prior to erecting, which provides the option to fully enclose a building and pour concrete slab at a later date in a controlled environment. Framing choices include Open Web Truss, Solid Web Rafter, and Tapered Rigid Frame. Open Web Trusses facilitate quick installation and allow mechanical components to pass through with ease. Solid Web Rafters offer a smooth, polished finish at an affordable price. Tapered Rigid Frames are the best choice for concrete foundations. Every option is meticulously engineered for long-lasting durability and maximum efficiency.
